Welcome to Erindale Cooperative Preschool!
We are located in the Dr. John G. Egnatoff School at 225 Kenderdine Road in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. At Erindale Cooperative Preschool (ECP), we strive to foster a rich learning experience through a variety of educational activities to support childhood development. We promote learning through active play and support growth and independence in a stimulating and nurturing environment.
Our teacher has a fantastic way of involving both children and parents in education and learning. Parent involvement is not only encouraged but is integral to our daily activities and the preschool's success. We also encourage parents to volunteer on our ECP Board and participate on field trips and help with special events.
New Changes for the 2022-2023 School Year Registration
Due to the global pandemic, we are modifying the Payment Night for students being registered in ECP for the upcoming school year. In years past, we've held our Payment Night at the Dr. John G. Egnatoff School which gave families the opportunity to see and view the classroom. This year, with the ever-changing ways of the world, we have opted for doing an online tour video. Please watch the tour video starring our very own Mrs. Knisley.
Saturday, January 22nd, 2022: Registration for the 2022-2023 school year for existing or past ECP families is now open! Please click the link below to register:
Saturday, February 5th, 2022: Registration for the 2022-2023 school year for new families will be available at 9am.
COVID 19 PROTOCOLS
At ECP, we are taking Covid-19 seriously and have committed to updating and changing our policy. Along with enhanced cleaning protocols, we will also increase handwashing with the students and decrease close contact with large groups of children by limiting the number of children per table for craft time or snack, and increasing the space between each student at circle time. As per the Government of Saskatchewan's guidelines, any parent helper and all children over the age of two will be required to wear a mask while in the school.
The illness screening questions/checklist will be posted on the classroom door. Please read and answer prior to entering the classroom. If a child is showing ANY signs of illness please do not send them to school. If at school a child is displaying signs of illness, parents will be contacted to pick up their child immediately.
